  • Half Leg Wax: Hair removal from the upper or lower half of the legs. Choose Full Leg Wax for both sections. Select your eligible artist and available time to book. ($0.40)
  • Hybrid Lash Fill: Refreshes your hybrid set and restores fullness. 50%+ of extensions must remain to qualify for a fill. Less than 50% and outside fills are subject to approval and a pricing increase. ($0.85)
  • Half Blonding: Partial blonding for brightness through selected sections. ($1.50)
  • Men's Brazilian Wax: Men's Brazilian waxing removes hair from the intimate area. For best results, arrive with at least ¼ inch of hair growth. ($1.00)
  • Bang Trim: A quick trim to freshen your bangs, or a cut to create new ones. ($0.15)
  • Bikini Wax: Hair removal along the bikini line for a tidy finish. Choose a Brazilian service for more extensive removal. ($0.35)
  • Stomach Wax: Hair removal from the stomach area. Choose the combined chest and stomach service if you want both areas waxed. ($0.25)
  • Chin Wax: Hair removal from the chin area. For several facial areas, review Facial Waxing before booking overlapping services. ($0.10)
  • Full Arm Wax: Removes unwanted hair from the arms using wax for smooth, longer-lasting results than shaving. ($0.50)
  • Shoulder Wax: Hair removal from the shoulders. Back waxing is a separate service unless selected with your appointment. ($0.25)
  • Full Back Wax: Hair removal across the full back. Choose Half Back Wax for partial coverage. ($0.60)

  • Medium Hair Design: Add an artistic design, shape or logo of moderate complexity to a linked haircut with an eligible artist. Send a reference image so the artist can confirm the appropriate design level and time. ($0.15)
  • Razor Face Shave: Add a straight-razor face shave with hot towels and lather to a linked appointment with an eligible professional. Beard trimming is separate unless your main service includes it. ($0.30)
  • Apprentice Barber Haircut: Complimentary apprentice haircut, provided as a hands-on learning service with professional supervision and guidance. Advance online booking is required. Appointments are available only during participating apprentices’ scheduled availability and are not offered every day. Select Apprentice Barber Haircut online to view and book the next available appointment; do not arrive without a booking for this free service. Timing and results may vary.
  • Women's Brazilian Wax: Enjoy smooth, longer-lasting results with complete hair removal from the pelvic area and between the glutes using wax. For best results, arrive with at least ¼ inch of hair growth. After waxing, avoid heat, heavy sweating, and friction for 24 hours. ($0.70)
  • Underarm Wax: Removes unwanted underarm hair using wax for smooth, longer-lasting results than shaving. ($0.30)
  • Academy Info Call (Free): Free 20-minute phone call with Jaymes about the Lavish Academy Barber Permit Program. We'll go over how the program works, the Intro to Barbering class, cost and timing, and answer your questions so you know exactly what to expect. Please fill out the short questions when you book so we can make the most of the call. This is a phone call, not an in-person visit — we'll call the number on your booking.

  • Lash Consultation: Book a 15-minute lash consultation to discuss your desired look and choose the right service. Selena or Jorie will review timing and pricing with you.
  • Custom Spray Tan: Norvell spray tan — $35 with code OCTTAN through November 30 (regularly $45). ($0.45)
  • Eyebrow Wax: Shape and clean up your brows by removing unwanted hair for a clean, polished look. Add brow shaping and hair removal to a linked appointment with an eligible waxing professional. Brow tinting is a separate service. ($0.15)
  • Norvell Collagen Boost: Collagen Boost additive for your Custom Spray Tan. ($0.10)

  • Girls Haircut (12 & Under): Shear cut for kids with longer hair, under 13 years of age. 13 and older book under Salon Haircut. ($0.35)
  • Face Frame Blonding (Money Piece): Brightening pieces around the face (money piece). ($1.25)
  • Brazilian Blowout: Smooth, soften, and reduce frizz for up to 12 weeks. Does NOT permanently straighten hair. ($2.50)
  • Beard Color: Natural-looking color applied to the beard. ($0.45)
  • Fashion Color: Bold, vibrant color customized to your desired look, including vivid or creative shades. Lightening may be required to achieve your desired result. ($2.50)
  • Full Blonding: All-over blonding for a lighter look throughout the hair. ($2.00)
  • Partial Perm: Perming just the top portion of hair, not the entire head. ($0.90)
  • Root Color Touch Up: Maintain your existing hair color by covering new growth and gray regrowth at the roots. No blonding included in this service. ($0.80)

  • All Over Color: Roots-to-ends color to go darker or refresh your shade; excludes lightening and vivid colors. ($1.10)

  • Scalp & Conditioning Treatment + Blowout Bundle: Scalp care, a conditioning treatment and a blowout in one appointment. Choose this bundle when you want both treatments and styling; a haircut is a separate service. ($0.80)
  • One-Length Buzz & Bleach/Tone: A one-length buzz cut with bleach and tone in one appointment.   • Shampoo & Blow Dry: A shampoo and blow-dry for a refreshed, styled finish without a haircut. Choose the linked Hot Tool Style add-on if you also want curls, waves or straightening with hot tools. ($0.50)
  • Hot Tool Style: Curls, waves or straightening with hot tools. No shampoo is included; please arrive with clean hair. Choose Shampoo & Blow Dry with the linked styling add-on if you also need a wash and blowout. ($0.30)
  • Updo & Event Styling: Formal styling for an event or special occasion. Send a reference photo to 801-709-1171 before booking so the team can confirm the time needed. Final pricing may vary with the style and complexity. ($0.75)
  • Hair Tinsel: Add sparkle with decorative hair tinsel, also called Glitter-Lites. The current service includes five beads for $15. For tinsel with another service, choose the linked add-on when available. ($0.15)
  • Scalp Treatment: Refresh your scalp with deep cleansing and a scalp massage to remove buildup and excess oil, followed by a wash and blow-dry. For both scalp care and deep conditioning, choose the Scalp & Conditioning Treatment + Blowout Bundle. ($0.45)

  • Senior Barber Haircut: A barber haircut for guests 65 and older. ($0.20)
  • Barber Haircut: A haircut and lineup by one of our barbers, for guests 18 and older. Shampoo included on request. ($0.40)
  • Intro to Barbering: Intro to Barbering is the required first step for the Lavish Academy Barber Permit Program. $250 per student. Classes are conducted on the last Wednesday of every month unless adjusting for holidays. Start and end times may adjust slightly to accommodate work schedules. Our team will confirm your exact start time when you register. To register, call or text 801-709-1171 and ask for Intro to Barbering registration. Our team confirms availability and sends your individual $250 invoice and Intro Student Info & Waiver. Your seat is confirmed after our team checks payment and your completed form. If the class time is unavailable online, it does not necessarily mean the class is full. Please contact us to check additional student availability rather than selecting a different calendar time. Completing Intro does not guarantee a place in the full permit program. The Intro fee is separate from program tuition. ($2.50)

  • Maintenance Package: A maintenance appointment for existing guests returning in 6–8 weeks for an artist-agreed service plan. Confirm what your package includes with your artist before booking. If your plan is not established or you want a different service, start with Specialty Services Consultation. ($1.25)
  • Beard Trim & Lineup: A beard trim, fade and lineup. ($0.20)
  • Eyebrow Tint: Enhance brow color and definition with a professional tint. Waxing or razor shaping is a separate service unless selected. ($0.25)
  • Extensions: Extensions for added length or fullness. Install starts at $75 per row; move-ups and removal are priced separately. New clients: book a consultation before installation and provide your own hair. ($0.75)
  • Eyebrow Razor: Add brow shaping with a razor to a linked appointment. This option shapes the brows without wax. ($0.05)
  • House Call: Hair/beard services included. First Initial cut is $250, any additional haircuts will be $100. This includes haircuts, beard trims, lineups, designs. ($2.50)
  • Razor Face Shave: This is a classic straight razor shave that includes the hot towel treatment and hot lather. Very relaxing :) ($0.40)
